YIN YOGA – THE SUBTLE ENERGY APPROACH

This Yin Yoga class is here for you to create an understanding of the Yin Yoga practice in relation to Subtle Energy.

This class is inviting you to observe the ever changing energetic body and it’s expressions in sensations, feelings and emotions.

For educational purposes, the class is spiked with terminology to support you in embodying the teachings. Therefor this is not so much an example on how to teach a regular Yin class.

You can pause the video and use a timer when you like to lengthen the time of stay in the poses.

Always be mindful to your physical body response, no “red pain” allowed. Any bigger surface (nagging) discomfort is ok to a certain level.

Stay mindful in your practice and at any time respect your own “edge” and proportions so that the practice can serve you in the best way personally.

  • 2 Blocks or books
  • Eye pillow or scarf for your final relaxation
