We are a small dedicated team with 25 XXXX 25 years? XXXX years of experience in the field of Yoga and Yoga related teaching. We may come from different backgrounds and upbringings but we all have two things in common - we believe in the benefits of Yoga and mediation, and we believe that Koh Phangan is a special place to practice and learn.
We feel privileged to be surrounded by such beautiful scenery, and the tranquility and feeling of peace that it brings to those that can appreciate the wonders of the earth.
Sometimes, when people from diverse backgrounds, learning and experience come together with a common goal - in our case with the aim of sharing happiness, peace, health and liberation - magic is created. Meet the One Yoga team.

Yaron has been practicing yoga for 28 years and teaching for over 15 years. His main focus is Hatha Yoga since he was cured from incurable disease as a result of scriptured base Hatha yoga practices.
Over the years he has studied with different teachers in India, Europe, Japan, Thailand, Israel & south Africa. It is his believe that meditation is an extremely important aspect of Yoga. As part of his journey Yaron spent 18 months in monasteries both in Japan and Thailand. In Japan he followed the Zen tradition and in Thailand the Forest tradition. I continue to attend workshops and study the masters of Yoga & meditation from the present to the past. When Yaron is not teaching he continues his study from ancient scriptures to attending modern workshops. After experiencing awakening of Kundalini causing mystical experiences and direct inner understanding into the depth of Yoga, it became clear that his mission in life was to teach others. When teaching the main focus is to help students calm their mind, so classes are based on flexibility & meditation. Listening to the specific needs of the student and the class, strength and Cardiovascular exercises are added according to the demand.
Born and raised in the Netherlands to English Parents, traveling was part of my growing up and I have since been privileged to experience life in many different countries across the world.
The last three years have been spent in Asia teaching and studying in China and Thailand. I began exploring Thailand in 2007 as part of my passion for Muay Thai. The more time I spent in Thailand the more I felt drawn to Buddhism. After attending numerous meditation retreats, I still felt the need to deepen my understanding of the mind and the teachings of the Buddha. Eventually I succumbed and became a student at The International Buddhist College in Thailand.
Meditation and Yoga have since became part of my daily life routine and a day without practice has become unimaginable.
Having come to Thailand to increase my knowledge and practice mind and awareness, my intent now is to combine this with my experience of natural healing to help others. I felt blessed when I discovered Chi Nei Tsang. It came so naturally to me and I felt deep within that this was to become part of my goal in helping others.
Buddhism, Yoga and other natural healing methods have led me to where I am today. Fortunate enough to be in a position to share my knowledge and experience with others, both through theory and practice. Eradicating suffering through happiness and inner peace leading to the final stage of liberation.
May everyone be happy, peaceful and free 🙏
